I liked evythg about the property. The location was right across the street from where we had to go. It’s in a good area. If you worry about 1st time visits & locations you will instantly know that you are in a safe place. The staff was very friendly & polite. The hotel was very clean in every area that we went. You don’t have to go far to get food or drinks.

The facilities were good but were misrepresented by Booking.com which had it listed with a mini bar, a balcony, bath robes, etc. All of which were not available and disappointing. I should have dealt directly with the Haywood Hilton.

Very clean, beautiful rooms, great food and the bar really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and the bartender on Saturday was really nice we love her! We will stay here every time we come to visit the family.

Breakfast was excellent. Environment was beautiful and seemed like a very safe area. Also beautiful, quaint inviting shops and restaurants within walking distance of the Haywood. We would definitely stay again.
